Yields edge lower as traders focus on more testimony from Powell, Thursday’s CPI report



Yields on most U.S. government debt edged lower Wednesday morning, as investors prepared for a second day of semiannual testimony from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell and looked ahead to Thursday’s June consumer-price index.
